Rates are $115 per night or a full
week (seven nights) for $785.
(Rates slightly higher on peak times
and holidays.) Due to demand, rates
around July 4 are $135 per night
June 28 to July 11.
$350 security deposit.
Half rental amount due at time of
booking. Security deposit and
remainder rental amount due before
start of vacation.
House includes washer/dryer,
jaquzzi/hot tub, gas grill, cable TV,
full kitchen with dishwasher, gas log
fireplace, central heat/ac, two full
bathrooms. Large deck and screen
porch overlooking the lake.
Linens and towels are provided.
Renter responsible for cleaning or
we will clean for a $100 fee that's
deducted from your security deposit.
